If your ovulation date is on the 5th and you have intercourse on the 7th, by this date, your chances decrease right? I'm thinking that's the truth but I'm not sure at all!

either way unprotected sex makes it a pretty good possibility

The egg only lives for 24 hours, so if you ovulated on the 5th, then 48 hours would have passed by the 7th. But remember, the sperm can live 3-5 days inside your fallopian tubes waiting for the egg. So if you had sex 3-5 days before the 5th, you might still be pregnant.

you have a a windo, if you ovulate on the 5th you have decreased your chances. i believe you have 24 hours before you ovulate because sprem can live in your uterus for 24 hours then they die, and there is a 48 hour window where the eg can be fertlized

during a womens monthly cycle there are about 3 days during which the egg can be fertilised. because sperm can last up to 72 hours this gives approximately a 6 day window in which a women can concieve.

hi-days 14 to 18 of your cycle are when you are most fertile--
as long as you hit between the 14th and 18th day--you have a good chance.
