I'm installing ceramic tile. How do you make the double corner cuts? Or the cuts around faucet fittings? I have a tile cutter the scores and then breaks the tile, but I need to know how to cut a hole in the tile to fit around the bathtub faucet etc. Also outside corners that have a 90 degree angle. Thanks.

90 degree are easy use a straight edge and follow the straight edge of the tile and mark of what need to be cut.
as for the fixture knock out you will need to get a special fawners drilling bit you can get them in just about any size and out this to drill / cut out the openings for the fixtures.

What are your tools?

A 90 degree corner cut requires some kind of sawing. Best is a wet diamond blade but there are hand tools too. One is a "Rod saw", which is carbide grit on a rod which fits into a hacksaw frame. Similar carbide blades are available for jig saws.

Holes can be cut several ways. Best is a diamond hole saw, a circular tube run in a drill. Others- If you have a diamond tile saw, you can cut a square hole through from the back.

A third and old method requires a compression frame, which clamps the edges of the tile on all four sides to controls crack stress. In the frame, you can strike the tile with a pointed hammer which knocks out a small hole, similar to the result of a BB hitting plate glass. This hole is then chipped to size.

A compromise method is to break a tile all the way across on the centerline of the hole. The hole is then nipped out of each half, and the pieces put into place with the break rejoined.

If you have no tools- Mark your tile, and take to a tile shop. Some Lowes stores offer tile cutting as a customer service.

Ceramic Tile Corners

You are going to need to get a tile saw, not just a breaker. To get the hole in the tile for the tub spigot, and handles, you should go to Lowes or a good hardware store and get a ceramic/glass hole saw. These have a paddle point for the pilot hole, and an abrasive ring to cut the hole. I shop almost exclusively at Home Depot, and they do not carry a quality ceramic hole saw.

For the 90 cuts, you will do it similar to how you would if you were cutting on a table saw with a piece of wood.

Good Luck, and Be careful. Don't take any unneeded risks. Fingers and hands are important to have.
