At first i was thinking that passwords are stored in the cookies, but actually the are not .. where are they stored in the system? please give an exact location ...

Account passwords are stored in SAM file in case of windows.
Its encrypted file.

that depends on which set of passwords. When a site tells your computer to remember it, it usually stores a cookie, however if your browser is told to remember then the password is stored somewhere in its files and settings.
mozilla for example has an option to delete stored settings.
im not actually sure where they are, but if you want to retrieve them it'll be very hard
