I've always liked "Klippies", but most of my friends are drinking all sorts of brandy these days. What's up with that? Can anyone enlighten me on the new trend? Or is it simply because of finance?

wellington VO.its the national drink on a saturday afternoon after work(for those who have to work half day on a saturday).i always seem to remember that it was always my afrikaans buddies who were drinking it.i always used to buy savanah or beer but eventually always used to club together for a second bottle and chaser.

I reckon once a week is solid, i really did not get a lot artwork done at present..... The ONLY brandy that my parents will drink is Bols.
But don't see the shelves stacked with it.
(only a few bottles at a time)

i like klippies the most,but KWV is still seen as the 'best' SA brandy

I do not drink ANYMORE ( 10 years now).
I do however believe that Klippies green label is better even than KWV and comparable with many french cognacs.
