It may be it isnt completly closed? Saying this because of the butterflies not the sickness. I sometimes think i see my ex at the store him or not and my stomach drops to the floor. Awkward but ever think of letting them know this. maybe it goes both ways maybe not never know if you dont tell!

Stress and anxiety!! Just stop and slow down the thinking process. Do deep breathing excersizes and close your eyes for atleast 20 minutes without interruption. It works wonders!!

Your ex makes you sick too? Mine starts that way too but then goes on to projectile vomiting, hives, nervous ticks, and suicidal tendencies. Cool, nice to know I'm not alone!

u still love him, felt the same way a few years ago, when my ex of my youth and i met at our daughter's house, could still feel that feeling, so i must just assume i never stopped loving him.

some chemical in your body is activated because your in lust and nature makes it that way so you aren't busy eating ,instead you should be shagging.... well nature doesn't pay the bills so it's good to not listen to nature all the time !
