Yes !
Someone asked if I would would rather become a lesbian or worship satan. i didn't read it properly and just wrote down Satan. I looked back a few minutes later and had, like, 12 thumbs downs.

Yeah, all the time, usually I just sit back or move out of the line of fire and they start about someone else. I don't usually give my nasty opinion, but cause it usually ends up being, "bring it on!" And, the guys back down, who said they would be afraid of a little girl. Actually I'm 6'1, with blond hair.

Yeah, and it kind of makes me mad. I mean, why should people just jump to conclusions? I think that if they are going to make a rude remark, then they should just shut up and leave others alone.

Yes it makes sense. You roll your eyes, feel sorry for their limited insight, and move on to an answerer displaying intelligence to equal your own.
Stressing over people who can't even be bothered to pay attention to te question and comprehend its purpose is a waste of time.
Just ignore em hun. They don't know you and never will.

Some people are just fanatics. Sometimes they dont even answer the question. They go off about some random ideas or what not. I just ignore it. Some people are really rude too. I'm only rude if the question is sick or perverted. Then I just report them if its really bad or offensive.

Take what you can from answers and ignore the rest. There's a lot of mean people in the world. Keep asking, and don't take anything personally.

no, I haven't had that with my questions, but I have had it several times with my answers, the asker jumps to a conclusion that is wrong if my answer doesn't fit their belief system. this happens quite often in the religion & spirituality category.

You have to take everyone's response with a grain of salt. Read all answers and take from them what you need the most.
Most people only want to get two points from "answering" you.

Nope, its never happened to me, but I see it all the time. Everytime I ask a question I prepare myself for someone to be mean... but I've been lucky and I've never had even one rude remark! (knocks on wood)

Yes it makes sense and if you take what some tell you to heart your going to be in trouble.
Don't pay any attention all in the name of fun.
