why does my flat screen monitor turn white and what can i do?

at first my screen would work if i turned the pc off and on then i woke up this morning and now it wont work at all white all over no spots what can i do only had for 5 months

if its only 5 month old i hope you will have warranty so go and clam warranty for you LCD and have a new one

call the place you bought it from first and see if they or the manufacturer provide a waranty for the product.
