Wow, thats a weird reason for you to stop using it. I'd just look at him and let him know that you're going to continue wearing whatever makeup you wanna use, and just let him know not to worry about it. And if he still doesnt want you to use it, just ask if he actually doesnt trust his own daughter just cause he thinks your" too sexy". And you're right all the way, it is none of his business, cause its your appearance, and not his. Im sure your responsible enough to make your own choices. Good luck!

that's pretty cool that your dad cares about the image you're projecting.depending on age i would agree with dad since there are so many predators looking for young girls that look like women. why don't you rethink how much you wear and see how dad feels about it. most teens can wear very minimal and look awesome. try some lip gloss and a little mascara(nothing cakey) i'm sure you have alot of confidence in who you are. that actually shows thru whether you wear makeup or not. and yes it is his business because it's his job to keep you safe and healthy and his privilege to have a daughter to love.

How old are you, anyway? If it's to the point where he thinks it looks too sexy (and you happen to be like 13), maybe you could compromise and go for a more natural look. Try a light brown eyeliner instead of black, for example. I personally think that people wear too much makeup these days and it looks like they try too hard.

It depends on how old you are and how much you really care about makeup. I gunked up my face some when I was about 14, but then I decided I like my face just the way it is, and I haven't used ANY makeup for many years now. My husband prefers my natural face, and so do I.

I totally agree with you, its none of his business... I do not understnad this, it makes you look too sexy? Well better than making you look too ugly.... lol Right? Hmmm... If it makes you feel better wearing it, then keep wearing it. What do MEN know about make-up... thats right a big NOTHING... lol Good luck!

My brother used to tell me that. But he told me to NOt wear makeup at all. Make-up damages your skin. I guess everybody would be surprise when they see you without make-up if you wear it all the time....LOL I think you should wear make-up on special days

Honey, if you want to wear makeup, then do it. Just do what makes you feel good. Don't do it to make yourself look like everybody else.

i agree.
it depends on how old you are though.
if you are 13 thats the age you should
start to wear make up.

dads have no idea about makeup,
wear make up all you want if you are over 13.
