I want to send an e.mail to symantec (The Norton Virus people). However, all their listed addresses seem invalid. Does anyone know how to communicate with them?

Hi there.
As with many Internet businesses, Norton don't seem to want to give you an email address, but they do allow "email by form" and if you click here - http://live-symantec.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/live_symantec.cfg/php/enduser/support.php - you can use this means to contact their tech support.
You can also see this link from this page - http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/support/productdetail/contact_ts.jsp?pvid=nav_2007 - which also gives you a link to "live chat" option.
