If you mean from the time you decide you want the money to the time you can lay your hands on it, I'd say real estate or day trading, both of which requre some natural aptitude.
Anesthesiologists are among the highest paid professionals in America, but with years of schooling before you ever get a chance to practice, this may not be the answer you're looking for.

For making a lot of money in bursts over the year, Real Estate is your best bet. You do have to have money to put into it before you get started, but after buying cheap, renvovations, and selling, you could get a bunch of money in 6-8 weeks (depending on how quickly you work).

if ur want money nd actually want it to last, u should do proper jobs nd earn your way up to the big stuff(then u'll have heaps nd heaps nd it'll keep u goin). if u make heaps of money fast nd use it up in a short time then there was no pint making the money, it wont last nd probably wont get you anywhere. nyway laywer, doctor or pharmacist(high payin jobs but long time study...)
