i have this friend, we both liked this dude. he askd me out and told me he likd me not her, my friend said go ahead, i did. she didnt talk to me, so i broke up with him (even though i still liked him). then she started telling me that they went out. she told me that one day he tried to make out with her. should i believe her or not? cause i kinda feel like she's trying to make me miserable, oh yea and i still like the guy.

I'm not the best advice giver but here it goes...
It sounds to me like your friend the girl is jealous. She shouldn’t have ignored you after she said it was all right with her. I had a friend who was like that too. She made me choose between her and my boyfriend at the time. I didn’t break up with him and lost her as a “friend.” A true friend wouldn’t ignore you like that or make you choose. And you say that she told you the guy said he tried to make out with her and liked her? This was a similar situation with my same boyfriend. Let me give you some advice. Do not believe or jump to conclusions yet. Ask him directly if it is true, calmly. I made the mistake of believing what others said about my boyfriend, confronting him immaturely, and breaking up with him. After I broke up with him, my “friends” told me it was all a lie they made up. This is just my experience, so talk to him.Give him a chance to explain and do what you feel in your heart is the right thing to do. And I'm aure you will be mature about this and not immature like I was. Good luck and I hope all goes well.

Once a guy comes in between two friends one of them is going to lose, it's a no win situation,if you become his girlfriend you'll lose her and viceversa, the only solution is for both of you to dump the guy or for you to find new friends.

shes just jealous. a real friend wouldn't show their jealousy like that. i think you should just ignore her. not in a mean way. like just be "aquantences" and remember you cant trust ANYONE in this world. GOOD LUCK
