I have never seen salt in recipes but I can't eat any kind of potato unless it's real salty. Am I weird?

Being an American of Irish Ancestry I love Potatoes in any way, but they got to have SALT. It is one of the few foods I will not eat without the old hypertension added. That and eggs, just need salt. Try it with butter, sour cream, bacon crumbles (the real stuff) and cheese. Any combo you like Yummy. Extra big potatoes if you do that. Left over baked potatoes, make great hash browns cut up and fried w/ onions and peppers plus spices and olive oil. No your not weird. Have a sparkling day
