Edit > Select All
Edit > Copy
Target drive:
Edit > Paste
? Is this a trick question? How can you possibly own 2 external hard drives but not know how to transfer data from one drive to another?

Copy data from one drive to the other. Select the files you want to transfer, choose copy, and then paste into the other drive.

Go to you my compter and select which drive you would like to copy. then select copy on the side panel to the left. when it asks where to copy to select the other drive. both drives have to be plugged in to do it this way.
