I am having customers fill out a form. The form asks for Year, Make and Model. People are putting Nissan Sentra or Mitsubishi Gallant for example. I need to know if it is a Sentra, Sentra S, Sentra SE-R or a Sentra SE-R Spec V. What could I put with Model to get the customer to put the additional information I need?

Put in a space for trim level - not that it matters. I find that more than half of customers don't know what trim level they have or tell me the wrong information when I'm doing the write-up.

I've gotten pretty good at identifying trim level in other ways - wheels, leather or no leather (Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo vs. Limited), etc...

Well, the letters and numbers that you find at the end, ie: Chevy Tahoe LT just gives everyone the basic idea of the level of model that it would be. Like the Dodge Ram 1500. You have the ST, SLT, SLT Plus, and the MegaCab SLT. Just as them to put all of the model info on the form. Also use your example as the example to get them to do it. Put on there: Model, ie: Ram 1500 SLT, Sentra S, etc.

i could think of in case you place engine length transmission form. that should help insurance employer to tell what this sentra is. 2000 to 2006 sentra has a million.8 liter 4 cyl engine. some 2000/a million year sentras had the two.0 liter motor. SER and SER spec V has 2.5 liter engine and non-compulsory 6 speed kit field confusing isn't it? different clever lots of the letters propose trim advancements.
