We've heard of pre-nuptial agreements to protect one's assets in case of a failed marriage. But is there an agreement that can be made after saying the "I DO's" ? If so, do they always work? I've heard stories where only certain circumstances where the agreement will work.

you can make up your own wedding vows with what you both want from each other. i dont think you have to stick to the traditional 'i do's' .

i dont think you can sue your partner if they break one of your ' i do's' that were said at the wedding, if that is what you mean by agreement.

Oh My God! Are there any adults on this site today? Is everyone an immature...... Sorry, just couldn't stand it any more. So to answer your question, NO! Do you really have that much STUFF anyway? What are you afraid of losing, that Chevy Vega? Your porn magazines? Those collectable shot glasses? Listen, why don't you focus on something a bit more important. Like maybe ooooh loving your wife. Showing a small amount of action! Washing the cat....etc

NO, such an agreement is ALWAY made prior to marriage, or else, there is no marriage.
