I use lysol/water and natures miracle to clean my tile. Theres no grout. What can make it shiny?

Go to the store and with the cleaning products you will find floor laminate. You make sure your floor is clean and you mop it (use a sponge mop) with the laminate. It makes your floors really shiny. It's for use on unwaxed floors. Different companies make them. I know Orange Glo has one.

There are many types of tile; using the wrong cleaner can damage some types. Two options; use a general purpose cleaner like Fantastic or a citrus cleaner and be happy with a clean floor. Or take a sample or good description to your local professional cleaning supplier like Swish, and ask them the best cleaner for your type tile.

if its in shower or bath car wax is great also keeps it clean for a long time only have to wax about every 6 months
