You would need to get the song you want on your computer, edit it down to a few seconds using some sort of audio editing program, and then you could upload it online and download it to your phone. That's how I make my own ringtones. :-)

search for MP3 Splitter (a program)
then put the music on your comp, edit the songs to short ringtones, and bluetooth or usb the tunes to your phone.
