Does your boy take after his father in regards to penis size? I heard somewhere it correlates to the father's side, while I've also heard it can be from the mother's side. I'd say my husband is probably a little above average but my poor little boy has almost nothing.

Honestly, wait for you kid's penis to be fully developed before you start knocking it down.

The penis size of a baby/young boy (exspecially a baby!) has absolutely nothing to do with how big it will be when he's older. The penis remains relatively the same size until puberty and during puberty is when the penis will grow. The testicles will enlarge which indicates the start of puberty then the penis follows. Only until after the boy is finished with puberty does the penis acheive full size.

It's basically the same concept as breast development, you wouldn't compare a 10 year old to an 18 year old girl's breasts.

Oh, and there are no penis size genes according to the Human Genome Project.

I'm sorry your little boy wasn't blessed with a good size penis. You can tell when there around 1 or 2 years old if there going to have a good size penis or not.
My husband doesn't have a big penis. His is probably around 6 inches. But my son is blessed. He has a good size penis.
I have babysat other little boys and changed many diapers so I have seen other little boys penis's (that sounds perverted), But anyway, The little boy I had babysat that is 4 months older than my son and has a little penis And that kid is big for his size when it comes to weight and height. My son is short for his age.
Every kid is different, they don't always take after daddy.

I've always wondered that too. My husband is well endowed at around 8 inches, but it's hard to tell with kids. My sons is maybe almost two inches, so I figure for 18 months that isn't bad. Mind you, they are shockingly small when they are born. I was really worried he'd be small, but he's a good size now. Weird, I've never told this to anyone before. Not many people I know compare their kids penis sizes, LOL.

I believe it can come from either side. Not all boys resemble their fathers in that regard. But, just because his penis is small now doesn't necessarily mean he won't grow significantly when he goes through puberty. And, sometimes a man's penis is small but grows very large when erect. Also, babies and young children tend to have more fat at the base of their penis which makes the penis appear very small or almost nonexistent. I've seen one baby who looked like he had a hole instead of a penis. As he got older the fat disappeared and his penis became much more prominent.

Then it does sound like he takes after his mother :)

Give the poor little mite a chance. It does the job at the moment, and he won't be needing it for any other purpose just yet.

My husbands is average, not big yet not small either. We have 3 sons. The youngest and eldest are quite small, yet the middle sons is huge!!! So I can't say any of them took after their dad!!!

I wouldn't worry about that right now as long as his penis is working right don't worry. It doesn't stay that small forever. Also if he seems to have big testies when the penis get erect the testies get smaller so that the penis gets larger.
