What important events in Enders Game can i write a newspaper article about?

our assignment is to create a newspaper article based on an important event that happens in Enders Game. Any ideas?? i was thinking the actual bugger war

Actually, I think his final training and the final days when he's actually commanding real men to fight--particularly the battle around the home planet of the Buggers--would be a good choice. Logically probably the best choice. Other alternatives though...
What about his fight with Bonzo?
What about when his final battle with Dragon army where he wins the game by breaking all the rules...
What about when he convinces everyone to ignore the score board...doesn't he actually cover it up with something???
Or an article about his private practices with launchies teaching them???

They usually go something like: Greg DiLorenzo had 28 points as Syracuse maintained its lead in the Big East with a 109-48 win over rival Notre Dame. More than 32,000 fans in the Carrier Dome watched the Orange improve to 19-1, while the Fighting Irish slipped to 5-16, Once you get the idea, write a few stories along those lines. You can get creative later, but you need to know the basics -- who won, who were the stars, where was the game, what are the teams' records, etc. -- first. Good luck.

based on the fact that it has to be only one event i think probably the when he meets Bean for the first time would work. the meeting they have when Bean askes Ender about becoming a toon leader. it's one of the more important events of the book, especially considering Bean's history and the events that occur after the fact
