GH1- More than a Feeling by Boston
GH2- Freebird by Lynard Skynard, but playing that song requires Expert and is not recommended for Posers.

I have a couple.
Mother is a song I never get out of my head because of its awesome chords and tune.
Woman has a variety of challenges and never gets old. And it is long.
And finally, War Pigs and Sweet Child O' Mine are the same: very long, very random chords, and very surprising sudden changes. Only one difference: Sweet Child O' Mine has more chords and notes than War Pigs.
