Yes, very much so.. just walk out the door into the area schools and see the hurt on the kids face's. Its not just one race that is the victims of racism it is all groups, one hurting the other.

Yes racism is alive and thriving in America but probably not much more than anywhere else. But don't make the incredibly naiive mistake of thinking only one race is racist. Wherever you go whether it's a country, a city neighbourhood or a mere street if there is one race more prominent there then some of them will feel uncomfortable at the appearance of another race in their area.

There are laws in all western countries to protect against racial discrimination or abuse although some regional authorities may sometimes try to overide those laws in response to community/voters (racist) concerns.

Racism is alive and well in America and the rest of the world. It is bred more in places were people only live around their own culture and race. People feed off each other's anger and ignorance when they aren't exposed to many cultures and aren't able to experience other groups for themselves.

Generally, if one lives in urban areas and spends his/her time with Liberals, he or she can avoid a lot of racism.

wow, i don't believe you just asked that question. are you that bored at home? yes!! racism is still alive in America, matter of fact let me tell you something else racism is everywhere. you would think with a country with a lot of differnent cultures, we can get past that but no i think this is the most racist country ever. but hey that's life, for those who are they will never survive in this world. it's just so pitiful and pathetic to hate someone because of their ethnic background. so there goes your answer.

hell yeah i am from Australia. a country that has many different kinds of people and cultures , but people are not as critical there as here. i also notice it alot more because i am married to a Latino. and i am white. it is as if people look down on you because you married to another race.
