ERP industry is relatively sturdy. given which you're a MBA (HR), you surprisingly much took marvelous determination to do an ERP HR. Coming to Oracle Apps vs SAP, Oracle has gained people mushy (it exchange into international's appropriate HR equipment). for this reason in destiny variations of Oracle Apps, you may see all of the right issues from people mushy. SAP isn't that sturdy in those factors. i might advise you going for Oracle HRMS than SAP HRMS. sturdy success.
