Yes, yes, I remember those days! Your emotins are up and down and all over the place. You just have to kinda go with it and will will subside. Try to stay away from things or people that annoy you or stress you out. take it easy as much as you can. Do things for yourself. Warm baths with scented candles also scented oils are great. Talk a walk wich is good for you. Relax now, when your baby gets here you wont be able too. If you feel like you are depressed, talk to your doctor.

I find myself snapping and crying for no reason. Those hormones do get the best of us at times. But the extent varies from woman to woman, and even pregnancy to pregnancy. With my son, I was a little emotional, but with this one (a girl), I am one train wreck of emotions.

Oh the joys of Pregnancy!
Its really hard to tell to what extent your emotions will run wild, becuase every pregnancy is different.
But I will tell you, I am 9 weeks pregnant, and I am very emotional over really stupid things. Yesterday I cried at the end of Shrek 2.
Pregnancy is a roller coaster!!!
Congrats on your Pregnancy!

My mother is a specialist on mood swings and Postpartum Depression. I know what you're experiencing is very common, yet there are ways to help and specialists to talk to. My mother, Dr. Shoshana Bennett, just came out with Postpartum Depression for Dummies which you might find very helpful. I'd be glad to put you directly in contact with her to you have someone who really understands what you're doing through to talk to. She is very busy, but I will do my best to have her give you a call or an email. Good luck.

It's all hormones. And there is no extent. Everyone is different. Hopefully in a few weeks, your hormones will balance out some. Just try to relax. Sleep, take warm baths, whatever it is that helps you relax. Good Luck!

If a confirm isn't as communicative (including mine) then i could recommend writing down your thoughts and retaining it tucked away inner maximum. song is often sturdy too. yet do not think of you would be depressed continually. It does bypass away with time (merely approximately lots of the time) Cheer up. discover issues you adore and follow that. wish you experience greater advantageous : )

Hormones are running wild and everyone is different. Take sometime for yourself, a little pampering will go a long way to destress.
