i have a cough and i want to take some cough medication. it says for over 12 years i am 15 take 4 teaspoons on the cup it says 1 tablespoon and 2 tablespoons. where should i fill it up to?

4 teaspoons equals 1 tablespoon PLUS 1 teaspoon.

Get a teaspoon from the kitchen (1 tsp not 1 Tbl). Use it to be sure.

If you need to take 4 teaspoons, it means 4 of the little spoons you eat with. You know how there are forks, spoons,a nd big huge spoons? its 4 of the small spoons

a tea spoon is 5ml
a table spoon is 15ml,

so find a teaspoon or a tablespoon

Okay. Fill the 2 tb. mark up once, and drink it. Then fill it up HALFWAY, and drink it. Voila! I hope this helps.
