I really don't understand what you are asking here. However, being a native Floridian and a survivor of Hurricane Ivan, I can tell you first hand that the best link between your car and a hurricane is one that is VERY, VERY, VERY, BIG! . . . Hurricanes and Cars often times do not mix well. Hurricanes blow down trees and power poles and these often times fall on your car. End of car. Hurricanes cause storm surge and this often times flood cars. So, drive away from hurricanes is the best advise to give then you don't have to worry about links.

Hurricanes are anticyclones in the northern hemisphere, where the air is spinning in an anti-clockwise direction.
Some people think that cars driving on the right all the time, as in America, add to the anticyclone effect by causing the air to spin in an anti clockwise direction. In the UK we drive on the left and cause air to rotate clockwise so this cancels out any anticyclones.
I'm not in favour of this view point, since the effect that causes anticyclones (heat rising and the spin of the earth) is far more massive that cars could ever create.
Anyway whether it's true or not, it gives you a link.
