I have a horrible feeling Vista is going to suck, and that it's not worth the wait. Stick with the enemy you know :P

Oh convinced, that's gonna fee you more suitable for certain. The minimum RAM required for MS Vista is 512 MB notwithstanding (ideally that's going to be a million gig) compared to XP it truly is 256MB. Vista will be an rather heavy OS in words of RAM and processor criteria yet with any success nicely worth it. Its no longer needed that you look ahead to Vista, I advise purchase a first rate configuration pc for form of $500-seven-hundred and also you are able to replace later in case you want.

Get it now, because you can get Vista free if it is eligible for the Vista Express Upgrade program. And yes, it works fine after upgrading.

Actually it's a pretty good OS, and if you buy a pc now, it will come with a free upgrade voucher so you can upgrade to Vista when it is released.

Lots of places are throwing in a free upgrade. I'm thinking about 1 too. Just waiting for a good price for what I want (and pay off Christmas)

For the first year or so Windows Vista will have bugs on it. Yes, you should wait.

I would wait if i were you. Its really expensive to buy in stores. So just wait for it to come with it already installed on your computer. Have you concidered though to switch to apple i used one at the apple store and i thought it was allot easier to use. The only draw back to apple is that they dont have allot of software made for it.
