My wife has two tattoos currently... I think they are sexy... She's about to get a third...
Now, as far as your husband is concerned, WHY doesn't he want you to get one??? It is your body, your money, your pain... So what business is it of his???

I must admit that some woman look sexy with a small tattoo. But it does look kind of trashy on some woman also.I wouldn't want to have a tattoo myself because with age it starts sagging with the skin.I have gone to bike week before and seen older woman with tattoo's on their back and it's really nasty.I dated a lady for awhile that had one on her shoulder and when we went out people would make comments behind her back about it.I didn't hear many positive things said and I never told her because she would have been offended. Just my advice, I wouldn't want someone to get a tattoo either if I were in a relationship with them.

I asked my husband and he said the small ones are fine but something that size is rather unattractive. But its your body do what you feel is best. I have a friend who is just visually stunning until she puts on a bikini and you can see the panther across her back and paw prints on her shoulders

Pretty Princess,
You should respect your husbands wishes as he would respect yours. Not that you couldn't do what you want with your body but because he doesn't want you to. There doesn't have to be a reason, it could be that he just feel that you don't need it. I hope you understand. If you want to keep peace in your household and you want your husband to be happy then please listen. Good luck! Remember this marriage is about concessions not about what one person wants.

Cut a deal with him. If you still want exactly the same thing in the same place a year from now, he'll agree. BTW, there are diseases transmitted by tatooers which you know about, right?

Your husband has no right. It's your body, and he does'nt own you. When you were married, you promised not to screw around on him, nothing more and nothing less. I may be mistaken by my assumptions. If I am I am sorry.

I would hate that. but compromise, maybe a smaller tattoo and some "favors" for him.
