I hope that the rubbing alcohol didn't leave a worse stain than the blood. If the floor is hardwood (not laminate) the only thing I can suggest is sanding it out and re-staining or varnishing. Rubbing alcohol is very hard on things like glue, varnish, etc...
Good luck, and as the others say, if that can't be done, throw a rug on it! LOL
P.S. You might also want to try a product found at pet stores called Nature's Miracle. It basically eats the stain away, but doesn't harm the wood as badly as the straight alcohol may.

Try peroxide, it does a wonderful job getting blood out of fabrics, it might just do the trick for the blood that's dried on your floor. Maybe you can pour a small pool of the peroxide on it and let it sit, the peroxide usually will bubble when it comes in contact with blood. Its a very light bleaching solution too so if it can't soften it so you can remove it, it may just lighten it. If you can't have a puddle of the peroxide on your floor, then maybe soaking a washcloth or rag in the peroxide and leaving it sit on top of the stain for awhile will help. Check the stain every 10 minutes or so.
If you've tried everything else without success, you may need to remove the varnish, sand and refinish your floor.

it could have stained...blood is better to clean immediatley as possible...but try leaving some alchol on it for about 5-10 minutes then scrub....or get some cleaner and mob it in cold water or put it on a old wash clothe, sponge, etc... and scrub it and if tht don't work then it probably won't come out and if it don't put a rug over it like another person said.....good luck!!!

Mop or sponge with cold water. If the stain remains, mop or sponge it with a solution of ammonia and cold water. Don't use too much water or leave it on for a long period of time because the wood will start to get wavy.
If that fails, I'd suggest putting a rug over the stain while you show your house. :)
