Its probably just a coincidence. Unless you notice something bad about the area maybe you should look into whats going on. People move in and out of places all the time.

No, houses go for sale as the market and economy goes. Here in the Northeast people are trying to sell like crazy. Must be dozens of houses in a mile or so of my home for sale, bad for the seller, good for the buyer.

Could be coincidence. I wouldn't worry. When I bought my house, this house and one 2 doors down were for sale and had been for a while for different reasons and now, they are both moved into and everything is great.
