Depends on the program, some programs have an option to use a proxy instead of traditional way of using internet. On Internet Explorer its Tools, Internet Options, Connections, Lan Settings. Then you check the Proxy box and type the proxy IP# or hostname and the port. I'm assuming you already have a proxy in mind that you want to use, just punch in its info there? If not then check out http://www.proxy4free.com/ to get one. If one dont work try another, they dont all always work all the time.
