i doubt u will find any useful information on the packard bell website , they are utter pants ... i have a packardbell myself worst buy ever !!

Packard Bell is the computer manufacturer.
What you want to do is to visit the web site or call support from the ISP (Internet Service Provider) such as Verizon, Comcast, etc. They will help you set up your internet account and email.

im not sure if packard bell is the one to contact. I think you may want to contact the internet provider first, (Ie: verizon, comcast, AOL) They should be able to give u a step by step instruction list to help you get interenet going.
