I like the Intel Core Duo 2 E6400, is it easily able to overclock and a good price. If you have a little extra money to spare upgrade to the E6600 since it goes from 2mb cache to 4mb cache which speeds everything up.
Motherboard - That is fine, make sure it has 4 slots for memory instead of 2.
Hard Drive - I'm pretty sure this is a 16 mb cache hard drive, not 8, if it is 8, spend the extra 10-15 dollars and get a 16 mb cache hard-drive.
Video Card - The 7600GT is the best card available for that price. Make sure to get the eVGA brand from newegg as it comes overclocked and is equivalent to an 7800, this card only needs 300-350 watts to run.
Case - Make sure it has a 300-350 watt power supply to run everything, it would be preferable to get a 500 watt and up power supply to handle your processor also, it also leaves room to upgrade your video card.
CPU Fan: Perfect, if you plan on overclocking your processor, make sure you get additional cooling.
DVD/CD - Fine
RAM - Your motherboard supports DDR2 800 mhz RAM, corsair is the best RAM for the price.
What you have is efficient enough to run all the video games out there. Albeit, some of the games will not be able to run at maximum settings (IE: Everquest II). For what you're paying, good job.
