DIRECTV in multiple rooms?

Is there an extra monthly fee for having directv in multiple rooms? The ad mentions free installation in up to 4 rooms but doesn't mention if there's an extra monthly cost for it?

I pay $5 a month per room ie 3 rooms cost me $10 extra.

yes there is an additional fee. You get two included and any others cost $5 per month or something like that.

Yes. The first receiver has no monthly charge but any additional receiver will cost $4.99 a month.
