Side effect of circumcision - it's called hidden or buried penis when the penis disappears back into the fat pad. Sometimes it sorts itself out and sometimes it has to be rectified by further surgery.

It sounds like buried penis, or hidden penis. It can be do to an abnormally large fat pad about the baby's penis, but often it is the result of circumcision.

My son isn't circumcised so his doesn't go anywhere. However, from the circumcised penises that I have seen, is unless it is hard you pretty much can't see it, even as adults. I wouldn't call it scary but it's definitely not attractive on men.

Yeah it happens. No big deal. Has he been circumsized or not?
That may be part of the reason. Other than that i agree, he might just be cold. Warm him up and see if that helps.
