Can u buy wallpaper ringtones 4rom a computer if my internet has been turned off on my phone?!?!?!?!?

I was wandering if i could actually get it if i bought it off the internet{computer}and my internet on my phone was turned off a year ago.Would it go through or would i just get charged?!?!HELP!!!!Ten points for the best answer!!!:}}

Yes you can, and it will go thru. You will get charged on your phone bill or pay by charge card in advance. Try going thru your phone company's website...that is likely to work best.
