i think that it is a choice whether to do drugs or not, so yes it should be legal. But I think it should be very strongly encouraged not to though because it can screw people up badly.

Yes it should be legal just like alcohol and tobacco are today. EXACTLY THE SAME. However, when this is done make alcohol and tobacco illegal, as in the entire history of marijuan, not one person has died from an overdose of marijuana.

Sure. Within the same conditions as alcohol. IE...No smoking & driving, public intoxication, you have to be a certain age...

Oh man, we have one cartel OPEC controling our oil. then we would have a Columbian drug lord controling the price of MJ. He does now too, but that would be worse. He would be legal. Nothing worse than a legalized drug dealer. nononononono

Yes... It is mostly harmless and we don't need to be spending money enforcing senseless laws like this one.
