There are arranged marriages all over the world not just in India. I have no opinion on the matter its their culture who am I to judge. I think its arranged so that the families can keep the bloodline how they want it. I'm sure money is at time involved look at the British royal family they had inbreeding for many years in order to keep the bloodline royal and those were arranged marriages. If it works for them who are we to judge

Salaam Alaykum. My marriage replaced into arranged/love. arranged because of the fact I located my new got here across faith in Allah (SWT) and left it as much as Allah (SWT) to discover me a competent husband and good father for my infants. Love because of the fact my husband and that i fell in love with one yet another over the two weeks we talked. arranged marriages final longer than love marriages besides. they only suck in case you bypass into an arranged marriage with a closed recommendations. we've been fortunately married 3 years and 5 months.

I personally do not agree with it. But that is just me. People should be allowed to marry whoever they want to marry.
