For Wifi Max does it work on the old Nintendo DS?

I want to buy one to play Mario Kart for i want to know if it works on it or no

It will work just fine with the old DS, but if you don't believe me, you can check Nintendo's WiFi Site, they have a full list of almost every Question you might have.
