No to the first and yes to the second. The don't honor MLK because they are racist. They also work all through February even though it is Black History Month!!

yes Ups works on MLK day , never on Sunday. though if you needed something shipped same day they offer Sonic Air service. they work on Sayurday delivering just Saturday next day air.
