First of all, the world has been a playground for terrorists since time began. Terror is the child of ignorance and greed. Do you honestly believe there will ever be a time when people are born without self-interest?
But in the meantime..... who made the U.S. the Global Police?
Perhaps the best hope we, as Americans, have of encouraging peace, goodwill and cooperation throughout the world would be to lead by example. We certainly aren't doing that now!

The U.S will never be able to free the world from terrorism if we continue on our path that. We hae been engaged in the Iraq war for more that 4 years now, and our foreign policy is to fight the terrorist where-ever they are. By maintaining this policy, and being stubborn about the need to spread democracy, we are creating enemies everywhere. Terrorism is not carried out by people who hate America for no reason. If we really want to free the world of terrorism we need to use our financial strength and provide the countries that harbor the most terroist with charity and economic support. By doing this we establish a trust in the regular people and on the global community, and show that we are not daunted by terrorist actions. Everything that America is doing is retaliation: If they attack us, we must attack them. We are constantly seeking revenge, always threatning other countries. This is a bad plan. If someone attacks us, we must show kindness and compassion. By doing this we can show to the global community that we have no ill intentions and that we will do everything to avoid war, which will in turn earn us much support and allies, and also showing that those terrorist groups are immature, which will make them less popular with the people of the countries they live in, and to thoses who help them. Terrorist attack us, trying to make us retaliate so they have a good excuse to unleash everything they want to in and attempt to "Protect their people against America". We cannot fall into their trap. Holding back, not hitting back, is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of maturity and power.

The USA will never be able to free the world from terrorism. No matter how many countries are out there trying to help free the world from terrorism its never going to happen. We (the US.) should mind our own business for once and stop trying to be war mongering oil grubbing bullies. War on terrorism. C'mon guys, seriously, how do you fight something in another country that you can't defeat in your own country.

the concern is they could't be dealt with. The deal which could please them would in trouble-free words be one decision: What they favor is the destruction of Israel (it truly is what Hamas needs, and virtually another Muslim on the face of the earth, noticeably a lot). they don't favor Israel to exist. it truly is the finished objective. The U.S. help of Israel is going hand in hand with the destruction of Israel, because with out that, Israel does no longer exist. The objective isn't inevitably replacing anybody to Islam, even with the actual incontrovertible truth that some communities use that as a rallying cry. yet, if Israel were destroyed, and the Jews were both killed or flushed from the area, there does no longer be as huge of an concern between them and us. the concern that all and sundry in the international has with those communities are their methods. fairly of speaking peacefully, fairly of sitting down at a table, agreeing, and holding their promises, there is always some fanatic that then is going out, after the peace accords are made, and objectives civilians and blows him or herself up, alongside with 20-50 civilians (men, females, and little ones), in the call of Allah for the excellent reason behind destroying Israel. they are education their little ones hatred of the Jews, and in a lot of methods are a lot worse than the Nazis ever were. concentrated on civilians with rockets also qualifies Hezbollah as a terrorist team.

The USA is unable to complete all of this evil alone. Not sure if the Brit's will stand with our Country any longer. Once the new election takes place in Britain Tony Blair will no longer have the ability to make this decision. There are not many countries that like the U.S.A.

stop trying to 'free' the world,
work more together with the world, instead of wanting to be a superpower.

We shouldn't. Let the other countries deal with their own agendas, but be ready to obliterate them if they pull any crap on American soil.
This big brother/hand holding crap in Iraq is stupid, and in the end all it will do is drain the country.
