First of all, is it for a property you'e gonna rent (Dont matter if it is a private or council property) and get the local authority 2 pay for it? If so, contact your local council "Rent Assesment Officer" and they may have 2 call 2 the property to view it. If somebody else on benefit have claimed rent for the property before, the should have it on file, and no house visit will b nessesary.
If ur gonna pay for it urself, u might have 2 pay a charge to council or estate agent.
They wont pay the FULL RENT if water rates is included in it, they will take it off the award.
Hope that was of help, good luck

You need to call an estate agent, or look at some comparables in the area to get a rough idea.
