I would like to go shopping somewhere really cool around the Napa area. Somewhere with lots of stores and lots of people.
Pref. big stores like Macys, Nordstrom, etc, as well as smaller speciality stores.
Have you been to the Napa Premium outlets in Napa, Ca?
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Oh I've been to the outlets many many many times. They just put in a Banana Republic last year. Downtown has a lot of great shopping. Small boutiques and two department stores, McCallous and Mervyns. The Riverpark Shopping Center on Imola has at least one consignment store and you can find some nice clothes there that the rich people have only worn maybe once.

Yountville has Vintage 1870 which is filled with more small boutiques. St. Helena has a decent main street for shopping. Calistoga is more of a tourist trap for shopping.

I stick to downtown Napa (Town Center) and the outlets for clothes shopping. They're cheaper than the teeny boutiques. Although if you go to The Mustard Seed downtown, they have wonderful clothes. I got a fabulous little black dress there for $100.

Let me know if I can help more!

St. Helena is cool for unique shops. Sonoma on the square is also nice. The closest nordstroms is 35 miles away in Walnut Creek. Napa is too small for stores like macys and nordstroms. You will have to go to a larger town like Walnut Creek, Santa Rosa or Corte Madera. All of which are at least an hour's drive away. There are also some cute botique's down town napa.

Outlets are awesome. I shop there all the time.
