Im guessing becaus ei have no idea what a kenwood chef is, but you will need wires to connect your Ipod to the AUX (auxillary) on the sound system. These are fairly cheap from consumer electronics stores. All you do is put them in the AUX in your sound system then put the remaining wire in your ouput on Ipod (in this case the speaker socket, obviously) and walaah!

The next model out will probably have an ipod dock, most things seem to be going that way. Just think, the next cooker you buy may include one as well, or the toaster...your kitchen will be a disco - it'll be similar to every single electrical item having a clock.
