I have to write my discussion & conclusion..which I have done a draf...Can u try to understand, correct and add anything that needs changing and adding..plez

-Aim: "To identify for unknown solutions"

Discussion

I obsevered in solution "A", no reaction from the test that was prescribe produce no change but a neutral pH. When solution "B" was tested on phenolphalein indicator it turned bright purple which states that this is very alkalic,it was the solely one that had that change. I had obsevered that the colours or changes that had in the various solutions were not given as the same result in each type of solutions. The solution A,B,C had no reaction change for 'reaction with sodium hydrogen carbonate. However in solution "D" in reaction with sodium hydrogen carbonate fizzed rapidly with tiny bubbles in the test tube.

The way you are writing it now, it doesn't really make sense and it's unclear.

You need to discuss each unknown individually giving the results of each tests followed by your conclusion from the results.

So for example you would say with solution A, in test X such and such reaction was observed, in test Y such and such reaction was observed, and test Z such and such reaction was observed. From the results of these tests it was able to concluded that solution A was such and such.

Then repeat for all of the solutions.

You usually dont write in first person when giving lab reports. eg. Solution A was observed to have...
Secondly, you need to explain your observations. You explained why the solution B turned purple with phenolphalein but you didnt explain the observation with sodium hydrogen carbonate.
Remember the aim: To identify the solutions. You need to identify them according to your observations.
NB: solely one is redundant
