What things do you mean exactly?

To me, food over there is not expensive, because you can find good food at 290yen with free bowl of soup and a cup of green tea.

Clothes sold at Uniqlo are not expensive too, unless you only buy clothes at shopping centres or branded stores.

You can also find many goods sold at Daiso 100 yen shop for only 100yen.

Of course, transport in Japan is expensive, property in Japan is also expensive, but that's because their transport system is very good, and the service is very punctual. And as Japan has very little flat land and there are many people living in the cities, thus, their property price is very expensive.

I would say because your frame of reference is still stuck in your home country. When I first came to Japan, I would calculate everything according to the current dollar-yen exchange rate. The first couple of months, I didn't hardly buy anything because I would calculate the price and then say to myself, "What??? I'm not paying that much for that. I can get that for one quarter the price back home." Finally, I let go of that attitude and swung to the other extreme. I started spending 100 yen coins like quarters. Which basically is the mentality you have to have. Arcade games are 25 cents to play (at least back in the 80's) while they are 100 yen here.

Once you let go of the home mind set for prices, things won't seem that expensive.

Good luck!

the jap are lots a lot less hung up about sex than maximum Christian international places, jap society would not somewhat have a unmarried dominant faith, Shinto, Buddhism, Christianity all have factors in peoples lives and the jap sensibilities do not make the distinct religions conflict. the jap are a lot less hung up on pron, yet do create countless it, thier u . s . a . is amazingly technologically more suitable, and performance a huge inhabitants to boot. the actual incontrovertible fact that countless the pron is extraordinarily undesirable is yet another aspect. There are guidelines however that do not provide help to educate the genitals thoroughly, or perhaps pubic hair, If my reminiscence serves me properly, that changed into component to the guidelines that us of a imposed upon them after renounce in WWII. Many jap hentai anime get around the no genitals rule with information from making use of tentacles that are amazingly phallic formed. Its also not a huge deal for a jap salaryman to be studying a H comedian on the practice in busy rush hour site visitors. tacky, yet not a huge deal.
