I asked my friend if i was boring and he said no and he said that i think too much and i think he's right. What can i do to stop thinking that????

in life you learn that waking is better than sleeping... walking better then sitting... talking better then holding your tongue.

do an internet search on ways to have more confidence in yourself. You're being to self-concious. By the way, asking people if you're boring is a bad move.... it's very unappealing to hear that and it might turn the average person off. Good thing your friend didn't mind. If you believe that you're good enough, others will believe it too.

OK i talk alto and my friends no it and they tell me all the time that i talk a lot i don't care about it they tell me to shut up if I'm talking to much but if you talk that much and you never stop and think about what the people around u are talking about then you are going to lose friends

It would NEVER occur to a boring person that he or she is boring. That's why they're so boring. Just the fact that you wonder if you're boring or not, PROVES that you are NOT boring.
