It is the World Trade Organization. It has no bearing on business with two exceptions. A business is a member and agrees to abide by its governance, or as a large organization, its agendas are put for as lobbies to effect governmental regulation on trade.
Think of it as a special interest group or a mini united nations of businesses. It has no power of its own, only what its members afford it.
