In the U.S. it is 22-24 weeks.
And for 'Facts' some of those photos are NOT of aborted fetuses...some are "doctored" photos of newborn chimps and other animal fetuses.

Murder has nothing to do with whether or not the person feels pain. Abortion kills an innocent and defenseless human being and that's all there is too it. It doesn't matter if the baby is self aware yet it's a person. By your logic if I kill an adult in a way that is painless it's not murder. I don't understand how anyone who claims to value human life can abort a child and not feel horribly about it. Human beings make me sick some times.

It depends on the state in which you live. If you or someone you know is thinking about abortion, you should take a look at this:

It depends. I work at a hospital, and if there are severe abnormalities (which usually aren't discovered until the 20 week ultrasound) we will perform those kinds of "abortions".

But if the abortion is more for birth control or change of heart...then I think the cut-off is 14 weeks. (at least for Idaho, every state has different laws)

I think it really depends on the type of abortion and the laws in your area.

why would you want to kill a baby? god, if you dont want the baby that badly, give him/her to someone who would really like to have a child. do you really want to live the rest of your life knowing you murdered your own child? you may not care now, but the you may have a long life ahead of you to think about it. give your baby a chance.
