I think you mean 'wind and grind'. it is the sexy movement when dancing . Wind is the swirling movement you make with your hips. grind is doing it up close to someone.

I've never heard that expression. However, grine means cry or weep in Norwegian, so it might be related to that.
(Mind you, the same word in Danish means grin or laugh!)
