the chorus went like this: "i'm feeling, i gotta tell you. and i think you outta know. i'm feeling, tell me baby, so i think i'll tell you so". I've heard in europe and in the u.s please help!!!

I think it's called "Pretty Baby", but can't be sure. I remember it, and have the tune playing in my head, but the title and artist names' elude me.
